I have got this crazy idea to train for a half marathon on the 6th of october, that means 125 days or 16 weeks to go from today (3/6/2013)
I am going to try to follow the training schedule below & keep you posted about my progress!! :) Basic principle: run 3/4 days a week & run a longer distance once a week.
WEEK 1: Run 3 days:
30min - 45min - 50min
WEEK 2: Run 4 days: 30min - 25min - 45min - 55min
